Your claim profile holds the basics used by the Activities tab and Claim Evidence Report: your name, claim type, jurisdiction, conditions, and claim-stage dates.
Editing
Open More → Claim → Claim Profile. The information remains in Documented on this device and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your iCloud account.
