SSR 14-1p (ME/CFS)
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.3
Social Security Ruling 14-1p sets out how ME/CFS claims are evaluated. It considers longitudinal medical evidence and may also consider information from nonmedical sources, such as people who know the claimant. Documented can help organise a day-to-day record, but it does not replace medical evidence.
Status
SSR 14-1p is now represented in the SSDI catalogue with prompts for medically determinable impairment evidence, post-exertional malaise, longitudinal records, and residual functional capacity.
