What Gentled reads
Use Metered context lets Gentled read a fresh same-day capacity summary from shared on-device storage. It does not publish Gentled data. The app still works fully when Metered is missing, disconnected, or out of date.
What Gentled writes
Share movement summary separately publishes a small Gentled digest: recent readiness and up to one year of movement outcomes, including the distinction between immediate reflection and later recovery.
