Export your last 90 days of planning data as a CSV spreadsheet from More › Data. Includes dates, activities, costs, flare status, ratings, symptoms, sensitivities, and notes. Check-ins have a separate structured CSV export; private check-in notes are excluded unless you choose to include them for that export. Useful for clinicians who want raw data or your own analysis. Premium feature.
