Where to manage data
More › Data is where you manage sync, backups, restore, Tended import, CSV export, and deletion. PDF reports and pacing diaries live in More › Reports. Connected Apps publication lives in More › Preferences › Connected apps.
Exports and backups
• Backups are for moving or restoring your own Metered data. • CSV exports are for spreadsheets or clinicians who want raw rows. • PDF reports and pacing diaries are formatted summaries for appointments. • Tended import helps you skip the cold start if you already use Tended.
Important safety notes
Exports and backups can contain sensitive health-adjacent information. Restoring a backup can replace current records, but Metered takes a rollback snapshot before restore so a failed restore can return you to your previous state.
