Your menstrual cycle
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.29
If you track period days, Tended estimates menstrual cycle phases and lets you compare your recorded experiences across them.
How phases are estimated
Tended uses your logged period days to estimate four phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. More consistent period logging gives the estimate more of your own records to use, but the phases remain estimates rather than a clinical determination.
What you’ll see
Your current estimated phase and cycle day are available in the free summary. With Tended+, a breakdown for each phase shows average day rating, energy, sleep, flare rate, and common symptoms, with a chart comparing phases side by side.
Pre-menstrual patterns
Tended checks whether your ratings tend to drop in the days before your period. If they do, it’s flagged so you can plan ahead.
