Siri Shortcuts
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27
Tended includes 10 Siri Shortcuts that let you log entries and query your data using your voice or the Shortcuts app.
Logging shortcuts (free)
“Log an entry on Tended” — opens the journal editor.
“Describe my day on Tended” — describe your day in natural language and Tended creates a structured entry.
“Rate my day on Tended” — quickly rate your day from 1 to 5.
“Log a flare on Tended” — creates a flare day entry rated 1/5.
“Log a symptom on Tended” — log a symptom with severity to today’s entry.
Tell my carer (free)
“Hey Siri, tell my carer I need quiet” — sends a Quick Need broadcast to your carer via the Supported app. Siri only suggests labels you’ve configured in More › Sharing / Self-care › Quick Needs, so the vocabulary matches your real list. Designed for flare days when lifting the phone is too much. See the Quick Needs help topic for full details.
Data query shortcuts (Tended+)
“What’s my flare risk on Tended” — returns today’s historical pattern-match level. It is an observation from your journal, not a forecast.
“What’s my average rating on Tended” — returns your 30-day average day rating.
“How many flare days on Tended” — returns your flare day count this month.
“How did I sleep on Tended” — returns your last logged sleep quality.
“Medication adherence on Tended” — returns the proportion of scheduled doses you marked taken this month.
Using with automations
All shortcuts work with the Shortcuts app, so you can build automations. For example: “Every morning at 8am, read my Tended pattern-match level.” Or “When I get home, remind me to log an entry.” Do not use a journal automation as a medical alert or to delay seeking care.
