Your week

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27

What is Your Week?

A snapshot of your health over the last 7 days, compared to a previous period. Each tile shows a metric — your average day rating, flare days, symptom count, energy, sleep, and bowel — with an arrow and percentage showing whether things improved or worsened.

Understanding the arrows

A green arrow means the metric moved in a good direction (higher day rating, fewer flare days). A red arrow means it moved in a concerning direction. Grey means the change was less than 5% — essentially stable. The direction depends on the metric: for flare days and symptoms, going down is good.

Comparison period

Use the toggle to compare against last week or the last 30 days. “vs last week” shows short-term change. “vs last 30 days” shows how this week compares to your recent baseline. For count-based metrics like flare days, the comparison uses a per-day rate so the numbers are fair.

Variation (±)

Some tiles show a ± number beneath the value. This is the standard deviation — how much that metric varied day to day. A low variation means your days were consistent. A high variation means some days were much better or worse than others. This can help you spot instability even when the average looks normal.

Summary

If one metric changed significantly, a summary sentence appears at the top highlighting it. This gives you the headline without needing to read every tile.
