Dietitian Report
The Tolerated+ PDF summarises active protocols, phases, recorded verdicts, thresholds, and timeline information. It is designed for clinical handover, but you should review it for accuracy and context before sharing.
Appointment Prep
The free one-page prep sheet lists active protocol names and discussion prompts for your next dietitian appointment. It is intentionally shorter and does not replace the fuller report.
Privacy
Documents are generated locally and shown in a preview. Nothing leaves Tolerated unless you choose an action in the system share sheet; after that, the destination you choose controls its copy.
