Tolerated keeps your data in the app’s local store unless you choose iCloud Sync, backup or export, Connected Apps, or Carer Sharing. Tolerated has no servers, no accounts, and no third-party analytics. Cocoacorn cannot see what you log.
Locking the app
Enable App Lock in More › Preferences to require Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode before Tolerated opens. Authentication is handled entirely by iOS — Tolerated never sees your biometric data.
Connected apps on this iPhone
Sharing with compatible apps is off by default. If you enable it in More › Preferences › Connected apps, Tolerated writes a read-only food and protocol summary to a device-local suite container. This does not enable iCloud or Carer Sharing.
Apple services you choose
iCloud Sync stores the SwiftData record set in your private CloudKit database. Automatic backups write .toleratedbackup files to iCloud Drive. Carer Sharing creates a separate private CloudKit share for the person you invite.
