Gentled follows your Apple settings

• Larger text sizes reflow key screens so controls and guidance remain readable.
• VoiceOver uses labelled controls and headings to describe key actions and session stages.
• Voice Control can use visible control names for key actions.
• Reduce Motion pauses moving instructional overlays and keeps still, written guidance available.
• System, Light, and Dark appearance choices are available from More > Preferences > Appearance.

Choose sound, text, or touch

Every narrated session includes on-screen instructions and a readable full transcript. From More > Movement setup > Session guidance, choose Silent to remove spoken guidance or turn Gentle haptic cues on or off.
