Flare mode

Overview
Tap “Flare” in the action row when today is a flare day. Metered opens a sheet so you can choose whether to reduce upcoming days or skip that extra recovery step and mark only today. Closing the sheet with X just closes it; it does not mark today as a flare day. Once you choose a flare option, your budget is divided by the flare multiplier (default 1.5×). Each day has its own flare state.
