Flare recovery

Overview
When you activate flare mode, Metered offers a recovery plan for the days ahead. Choose Light (2 days, 25% reduction), Moderate (3 days, 40%), Full (5 days, 60%), or Skip - just today. Only those choices mark today as a flare day; the X button simply closes the sheet. Each recovery day gets a reduced budget cap, and a banner shows “Recovery day 2 of 3.” If you toggle flare mode off, recovery days are automatically cleared. Recovery shows as a line in the explain sheet and in CSV/PDF exports.
