Overview
When Neurodivergent Mode is enabled, you can set a masking level on any activity: Light (+25%), Moderate (+50%), or Heavy (+100%). Masking is the hidden energy drain of suppressing natural behaviours to appear “normal” — a work meeting might cost 4 spoons physically but 8 when you’re masking heavily. The masked cost shows in the activity row, explain sheet, and all exports. Set masking per activity in the Activity Editor.
