More › Notifications controls one optional daily check-in while an unfinished reintroduction test is active. Choose whether reminders are on and the hour you prefer. It is a check-in, not an instruction to take a dose. The reminder stops when you turn it off or no active tests remain.
Permission and privacy
The reminder is scheduled on your device. Tolerated has no notification server and does not use reminder activity for analytics. iOS Focus and notification settings still control whether and how it appears.
Retesting
Retest guidance appears inside Tolerated when your recorded history makes an earlier verdict worth reviewing. It is not a medical instruction or a fixed calendar deadline; consider changes in symptoms, treatment, and clinical advice before starting another challenge.
