Things to discuss
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27
Things to discuss is a scratchpad for questions, observations, and things you want to mention at your next appointment. Jot them down as they come to you so you don’t forget.
Where to add notes
You can add notes from several places:
• The standalone list (More › Reports / Appointments › Things to Discuss) — see all your notes in one place. • The appointment detail screen — tap an appointment and add notes directly, linked to that appointment. • The entry editor toolbar — tap the clipboard icon while logging a journal entry to quickly capture a note.
Linking notes to appointments
Notes created from an appointment detail screen are automatically linked to that appointment. Notes created from the entry editor or the standalone list are unlinked — you can attach them to an appointment later from the “Unlinked notes” section on the appointment detail screen.
Priority and lifecycle
Swipe right on a note to mark it as high priority — priority notes appear first and are highlighted with an orange indicator. After your appointment, tap the circle to mark each note as discussed, or use “Mark all as discussed”. Swipe left to archive or delete. Tap a note to edit it.
Timeline reminder
When your next appointment is coming up, a reminder card appears on your journal timeline showing linked notes. Tap it to go straight to the appointment.
Doctor Mode and reports
Your undiscussed notes appear as a “Discussion” tab in Doctor Mode, shown in large text for easy reading during appointments. When generating a health report, toggle “Things to Discuss” to include them at the end of the PDF alongside your reflections.
Apple Watch
Your undiscussed notes sync to your Apple Watch automatically. Find them in the “Things to Discuss” section on the watch home screen — handy for a quick glance before walking into an appointment.
