Reports and visual outputs

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27

Tended can generate PDF reports and visual outputs to share with your doctor, someone you trust, or for your own records.

Summary Report

A summary of your journal — entry count, flare days, top symptoms, day rating trends, and health averages. Available to all users from the Reports button on the Insights hub.

Health Report

A detailed clinical report with symptom rankings, symptom detail context, flare day details, correlations, patterns, medication adherence, dose timing summaries, relief methods, Major Events, allergy/reaction context, body map, and space for notes and photos. Choose your date range, conditions, and which sections to include. Requires Tended+.

Evidence Report

Structured evidence for benefits applications, workplace or educational adjustments, insurance claims, or any situation requiring documented health impact. Includes flare frequency, functional impact, treatment compliance, and unpredictability data. Requires Tended+.

Focused visual reports

Reports / Appointments also includes focused visual outputs for specific situations:

Appointment Packet+ pulls together recent changes, questions, medicines, Major Events, body-map context, and appointment notes.

POTS / Orthostatic Evidence Packet summarises manual resting and standing heart-rate entries, HR delta trends, hydration, sodium, compression use, worst windows, and relevant symptoms. It appears only when POTS context or orthostatic fields are present.

PEM / Crash Pattern Report shows crash markers, suspected delays, recovery duration, activity links, and suspected causes.

Flare Timeline Visual groups flare or PEM days into episodes and shows before, during, and after context.

Body Map Progression compares first-vs-recent and month-by-month body-map changes. It appears when body-map tracking is relevant.

What Helps Care Plan PDF turns helpful factors, relief methods, flare-plan content, and emergency context into a shareable care document.

Locks, previews, and readiness

A lock icon means the full PDF is part of Tended+. Free users can still see report rows, readiness, and short previews where the output is relevant. Some outputs stay hidden until they make sense for your setup — for example, POTS evidence needs POTS context or orthostatic fields, and Body Map Progression needs body-map tracking or body-map data. If a report says it needs more data, keep logging the relevant items and return later.

Generating and sharing

Open More › Reports / Appointments, then choose the report you need. Summary Report is free. Health Report, Evidence Report, and focused visual report PDFs require Tended+. Generated PDFs can be shared, saved, printed, emailed, or AirDropped from the share sheet. Tended saves premium report PDFs in Report History so you can return to them later.

Scheduled reports

Scheduled reports are for recurring Summary, Health, and Evidence reports. Focused visual reports are manual in this version so you can create them when the context is right. Scheduled reports can be delivered via notification, saved to iCloud Drive, or both. See the Scheduled Reports topic for details.
