Doctor Mode
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27
Doctor Mode is a read-only view designed to show your doctor during appointments. Large text, clear layout, no editing controls.
What it shows
Swipeable pages can include Summary (key stats, sparklines, and averages), Symptoms (ranked by frequency, severity, and symptom detail context), Clinical Descriptions (appointment-ready symptom wording), Mood (emotional states on flare vs good days), Medications (adherence, dose timing, and quantity context), Pain (body map with descriptors), Correlations (top factors), Patterns (trends and recovery), Activities (what you managed), Relief Methods (what helped or was used during hard days), Major Events (outlier health events and appointment context), Custom Fields (your custom tracking data), Experiments (completed experiment results with effect size), and Discussion Notes (pre-appointment questions). Pages now lead with clinician-facing takeaway cards where Tended has enough data. Pages are hidden when those features are turned off or have no useful data. Use the date range picker to scope data to a specific period.
How to use it
Tap Doctor Mode from the Insights hub tools section. Hand your phone to your doctor — they can swipe through the pages but can’t edit anything. Tap X to close when done.
Preparing for an appointment
Open your upcoming appointment — the “Suggested Questions” section analyses your recent data and recommends what to raise. Tap + to add suggestions to your discussion notes. Also check the “Worth discussing with your doctor” card in the “What affects you” view for high-confidence correlation findings.
