Importing from other apps
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27
You can bring your data from other health apps into Tended. Go to More › Data › Import Data and pick a CSV file.
Supported formats
Tended automatically detects exports from Bearable, Daylio, and Tended itself. For other apps, you can map the columns manually — Tended will walk you through it.
What gets imported
Day ratings, symptoms and severity, triggers, food and drink, medications, activities, relief methods, mood labels, reactions, PEM/crash flags, custom fields, reflections, body regions (where available), and Tended-formatted Major Events CSV files. The preview screen shows you exactly what will be imported before you confirm.
Duplicates
If the imported data overlaps with entries you already have, you can choose to skip duplicates, replace them, or import everything as-is. The default is to import everything.
Scale conversion
Bearable and Daylio use different rating scales. Tended converts them automatically — for example, Bearable’s 0–10 mood becomes 1–5 in Tended, and severity scores are mapped from 0–4 to 1–10.
