Connected Apps

Connected Apps is an optional, default-off way to share a local Tended journal summary with compatible apps on the same iPhone.
What Tended shares
When you turn it on, Tended publishes its activity catalogue and up to one year of journal history for compatible apps: symptoms, medicines, food and reactions, body locations, notes, and allergies. Other apps can read the summary but cannot change your Tended records.
Turn sharing on or off
Open More › Preferences › Connected Apps, then use Share journal summary. Turning it off removes Tended’s shared summary. Information you previously chose to import into another app stays in that app.
Separate from other sharing
Connected Apps stays on this iPhone. It does not turn on iCloud, change backups, share with a carer, or alter another app connection. Tended keeps working normally when it is off.
