Deleting your data
From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27
Tended has destructive controls for removing photos or all app data. Use them deliberately: both actions affect your health journal and cannot be undone.
Back up first
Before deleting anything, open More › Data › Backup & Restore and create a backup if you might want a copy later. CSV export is useful for spreadsheets, but Backup & Restore is the complete restorable copy.
Delete All Photos
Delete All Photos permanently removes photo attachments from journal entries and Major Events. Your text entries and structured data remain, but the images are gone. If iCloud Sync is on, photo deletion also syncs to iCloud and your other devices.
Delete All Data
Delete All Data permanently removes all journal entries, Major Events, symptoms, medications, photos, settings, and related Tended data from this device. If iCloud Sync is on, the deletion also syncs to iCloud and your other devices.
After deleting
Other devices may need time to catch up with the deletion, especially if they were offline. Do not use these controls for temporary cleanup or hiding old items; archive individual symptoms, medications, triggers, foods, activities, or custom fields instead when you want history preserved.
