Tracking pace

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.29

Tracking pace lets Tended fit your real routine. You can keep daily prompts, weekdays only, or alternating-day tracking without being treated as inconsistent for following that plan.

Where to find it

Open More › Tracking › Tracking Pace. Choose daily, weekdays, alternating days, or a lighter schedule that fits your routine.

What changes

Your pace affects gentle reminder timing, tracking-consistency messages, and how Tended describes missing days. Insights still use the journal entries you actually create; the pace setting mainly keeps reminders and expectations humane.

Choosing a pace

Daily works well if symptoms change quickly or you rely on medication and flare reminders. Weekdays can suit work or school patterns. Alternating days is useful when logging itself takes energy, but you still want enough data for trends.
