Rating and insight displays

Rating Style and Insight Detail change how controls and results are presented. They do not change, remove, or reinterpret your saved data.
Rating Style
Open More › Preferences › Rating Style. Choose Circles, Chips, Sliders, Cards, or Pills, then try the live preview. The preview uses the same working day and mood controls as a journal entry so you can judge the interaction before choosing.
Insight Detail
Open More › Preferences › Insight Detail. Visual gives a quicker card-based summary. Detailed gives fuller charts and supporting evidence. The setting screen previews both choices, and you can still open an insight card for more detail in either mode.
