Major Events

Major Events are for unusual health outliers that can shape a week or month — emergency visits, procedures, severe flares, infections, injuries, medication reactions, vaccinations, or other disruptions.
Recording one
From Journal, open the + menu and choose “Record major event.” Title, type, and date are enough. Impact, care setting, notes, recovery, photos, and follow-up flags are optional.
Backdating events
It is fine to backdate major events such as surgery, infections, A&E visits, SVT episodes, or other outlier health events. They sit outside the normal daily journal and can be excluded from routine Insights so they explain unusual periods without distorting everyday pattern checks.
Finding and editing events
Major Events appear as compact markers on the Journal day where they happened. You can also go to More › Tracking › Major Events to search, filter by type/date/impact/condition, edit, or delete them.
Insights, not causes
The Major Events insight shows timing, impact, recovery, follow-up, symptoms, and medications around unusual health events. Major Events also appear as context markers in trends, pacing, medication, calendar, and journey views.
Reports and appointments
Health Reports, scheduled reports, and Doctor Mode can include Major Events. If you mark an event as “Discuss at next appointment” or “Follow-up needed,” it can appear in appointment prep suggestions.
Photos, import, and backup
Event photos follow your Photos tracking setting. CSV export/import includes structured event details but not photos; Backup & Restore is the complete copy.
