What Helps

From the app’s English Help & Guide · Reference release 1.0.27

What Helps is an auto-generated reference card built from things that correlate with your better days. It is designed for meal planning, pacing, care conversations, and days when decision-making is hard.

What appears here

Tended looks at positive correlations from your journal: foods linked with better days, helpful activities or relief methods, effective medications, other factors, and favourable weather patterns. Items only appear when there is enough useful data to show a signal.

Sharing the card

Open More › Sharing / Self-care › What Helps. Viewing your list is free. Sharing it as a PDF requires Tended+, and the share sheet lets you save, print, AirDrop, or send it to someone helping with meals, shopping, daily planning, or care.

How to read it

A helpful item means it appeared more often on better days in your own logs. It does not prove that the item caused the better day. Use it as a conversation starter or planning aid, especially when sharing with a doctor, dietitian, carer, partner, or family member.
