Emergency Info

Emergency Info is a printable reference card with the details someone may need quickly: your name, conditions, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts.
Where the data comes from
Conditions come from More › Tracking › My Conditions. Medications come from active items in More › Tracking, then Manage in the Medications row. Allergies can be typed manually or filled with Fill from allergy profile when you have allergy profile entries.
Emergency contacts
Add the people you want listed as emergency contacts, including phone number and relationship. Keep the card short enough to scan quickly: the goal is useful first-glance information, not your full medical history.
Sharing and widgets
Tap Share to create a PDF you can save, print, or send. Emergency Info can also appear as a Lock Screen widget so the key details are easier to access when your phone is nearby.
Privacy and upkeep
Emergency Info is stored with your Tended data and only shared when you export, print, send, or show it. Review it after medication changes, new allergy information, changed contacts, or diagnosis updates.
