Generate a personalised explanation of your condition based on your journal data. Choose who you’re explaining to, and Tended writes it for you.
How it works
Tended analyses your journal entries — day ratings, energy levels, symptom frequency, flare patterns, and recovery time — and writes a plain-language summary tailored to your audience. You need at least 7 days of journal entries.
Audiences
Choose from three audiences:
• Doctor — Clinical framing with symptom frequency, severity patterns, and recovery data. • Employer — Workplace context focusing on capacity, unpredictability, and what helps. • Friend or family — Empathetic framing that helps people understand what you’re going through.
Using translations
Tap to copy the text to your clipboard. Paste it into an email, a letter, a benefits form, or anywhere else you need to explain your condition.
If you have carer sharing active, the most recent translation is also shared with your carer via the Supported app.
